Benefits

Our Employee Benefit Trust lets us enjoy the freedom to push boundaries and take responsibility for our careers.

We believe people do their best work when they feel supported, respected and valued.  Our benefits go beyond the basics, and are aimed at offering you the support you need within your career and your life outside work.  We combine competitive salaries with a wide range of benefits that recognise the contribution you make to our continued success.

Membership of the Employee Benefit Trust (EBT)

Working with us means that you are part of the global BMT Group, and allows you to enjoy the true independence of a member-based company.  The EBT Trustees act in the best interests of all staff in the short, medium and long-term, which gives us the freedom to think without limits.

It also gives us access to a unique reward system.  All employees accrue points from the day they join our company and after three years are eligible to receive a share of BMT's overall profits.  This demonstrates the company’s commitment to recognising and rewarding the people who drive its success.

Profit Related Pay (PRP)

Our people also benefit from a profit-related pay scheme which is linked to the individual and company’s performance.

A Flexible Work Place

We want to create an environment that supports all of our people, and we do this by offering a range of flexible working arrangements.  Our tech-enabled capabilities allows us to help you balance the challenges of providing quality client services, with your life in the office, onsite and elsewhere:

  • Mobility.  Allows you to work at a location remote from the workplace, for example at another office or client site office.
  • Part-time.  Enables you to work fewer than the standard number of full-time hours.
  • Off-site.  Available for the times when you need to balance commitments, or concentrate on a particular piece of work.
